Sunny Sardar Sonandkar completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Government college of Engineering, Karad and received his B.E. degree from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2017. In 2017, he wrote his B.E. dissertation on “Arduino based non-intrusive load disaggregation and monitoring” under the guidance of  Prof. Pradnya Jadhav. He received the Master of Technology from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. In 2019, he wrote his masters thesis “Dual Input Bi-Directional DC-DC Converter for Photovoltaic Standalone System”  under the guidance of Prof. Sushil Karvekar. Currently he is working as Junior Research Fellow in  the Power Electronics and Hydro-Electric Machines Laboratory, Department of Water Resource Development & Management, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India.
